Welcome to the Yoram Osteo website (hereinafter: the “Site”).

Use of the Site, appointment scheduling, completion of a preliminary questionnaire, and payment of a deposit are subject to the terms detailed in this document. Browsing the Site and/or booking an appointment constitutes full acceptance of the following terms.

If you do not agree to one or more of these terms, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site and Services

The Site is intended for scheduling osteopathy treatment appointments and contacting the clinic via a contact form.

The information provided on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Treatments are provided exclusively at the clinic and at the professional discretion of the practitioner.

3. General Terms of Use

Use of the Site is intended for individuals aged 18 and over only.

The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when booking an appointment or submitting an inquiry.

Appointments are personal and non-transferable.

Any misuse of the Site, contact forms, or appointment scheduling system is strictly prohibited.

4. Contact Form and User Responsibility

The Site includes a contact form for general inquiries to the clinic.

The responsibility for providing accurate and correct information lies solely with the user.

Sensitive medical information should not be submitted through the contact form.

5. Nature of Treatment and Limitation of Liability

The treatments provided at the clinic do not replace medical treatment, medical diagnosis, or medication.

In cases of complex medical conditions, pregnancy, unusual pain, or chronic illness, it is recommended to consult a qualified physician before scheduling an appointment.

6. Treatment Packages and Subscriptions

The clinic may, from time to time, offer treatment packages consisting of multiple sessions at a total price.

Purchase of a treatment package is personal and non-transferable.

Appointments scheduled as part of a treatment package are subject to the same cancellation terms as a regular appointment.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy will be considered as one session used from the package.

In exceptional cases only, and at the sole discretion of the clinic, a refund may be granted for unused sessions within a treatment package.

Sessions already completed will be calculated at the full single-session rate, and any refund, if granted, will apply only to the remaining sessions.

The clinic does not guarantee automatic refunds for treatment packages, and each request will be reviewed individually.

7. Cancellations and No-Shows

An appointment may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The clinic respects user privacy and maintains the confidentiality of information submitted through the Site.

Information provided via the Site, including contact details, will be used solely for communication, appointment scheduling, and service provision.

The information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

9. Suspension of Use

The clinic reserves the right to block access to the Site or cancel an appointment in cases of misuse, provision of false information, or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

The clinic may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Site and will take effect upon publication.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the Site are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
