PROFESSIONAL OSTEOPATHY COMBINED WITH MOVEMENT AND REHABILITATION
Comprehensive treatment of chronic pain, injuries and movement restrictions – with a personal, precise and tailored approach for each patient.
A little about me
My name is Yoram.
Osteopath and fitness trainer with over 15 years of experience treating pain, injuries and movement restrictions.
I combine osteopathic treatment with in-depth knowledge of movement and rehabilitation, with the goal of understanding the source of the problem and not just relieving the pain.
Professional, personal and attentive care – tailored to each patient.
To offer you attentive listening and a precise understanding of your condition, I speak Hebrew, English, and French.
What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a gentle manual therapy that treats the body as one complete system.
During the session, the osteopath examines the movement, posture, and function of the joints.
Through this overall perspective, it is possible to understand how one area affects another, and where the body is out of balance.
This is how a deep and thorough examination is carried out , the aim of which is to understand:
- Where does the body compensate?
- What is not moving properly?
- And how does all this relate to the pain you feel?
Example: A knee injury can change the way you walk.
This change creates strain in other areas of the body, such as the pelvis or back, and over time, pain appears there.
By examining and understanding the connections between parts of the body, it is possible to get to the root of the problem — and not just treat the place where the pain is felt.
Therefore, the treatment is thorough and in-depth:
- Treats all joints , not just the painful area
- Identify compensation patterns and imbalances
- Treating the cause of the problem, along with relieving the pain itself
The goal of treatment is to help the body return to balance and better movement, so that the improvement will be stable and long-lasting

What problems are treated?
Different pains can manifest in different areas of the body—sometimes the source of the pain is not where it is felt.
-
Back, neck and shoulder pain
Pain in these areas is very common and can result from incorrect posture, prolonged sitting, stress, or daily strain.
The treatment helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance to the body. -
Headaches and migraines
Tension in the neck, shoulders, or nervous system can cause recurring headaches or migraines.
Focused osteopathic treatment can help release tension and reduce the frequency and intensity of pain. -
Knee and joint pain
Pain in the knees, hips, or other joints may be related to strain, repetitive movements, or movement imbalance.
The treatment contributes to improving joint function and relieving pain. -
Sports injuries
Injuries resulting from physical activity, repetitive strain, or movement inadequacy.
The combination of osteopathy and movement allows for effective rehabilitation, a safe return to activity, and the prevention of future injuries. -
Restricted movement and recurring pain
Stiffness, decreased range of motion, or recurring pain often indicate an ongoing imbalance in the body.
Through thorough treatment, movement can be improved and the root of the problem can be addressed. -
Pain related to daily stress and prolonged sitting
Prolonged sitting, computer use, or lack of movement can cause accumulated strain on the body.
The treatment helps reduce stress, release tension, and improve daily functioning.
Treatment method – osteopathy and movement
Treatment at the clinic is based on a combination of osteopathy and movement.
The goal is not just to relieve the pain, but to understand why it occurred and prevent its recurrence .
In many cases, manual treatment alone is not enough.
Combining movement, strengthening, and customized instructions allows the body to heal more effectively and stably over time.
The method is tailored to each patient , depending on age, physical condition, and the purpose of the treatment.
How is a meeting conducted?
