ABOUT

Who am I?

My name is Yoram,

Osteopath and fitness trainer, with over 15 years of experience accompanying people suffering from pain, injuries and movement restrictions.

Over the years, I have accompanied many patients – some came after a long period of pain, others after injury, surgery, or failure of previous treatments.

My choice of therapy was born from a genuine desire to help people , through touch, listening, and a deep understanding of the body. Since the beginning of my professional journey, my goal has been clear: not just to relieve pain – but to understand why it exists and how to improve the situation over time .

Professional background

I am a graduate of osteopathy and physical training at the Wingate Institute, and have additional professional training in complementary fields, including:

  • Osteopathic treatment
  • Physical training and rehabilitation
  • Cardiac rehabilitation
  • Dry needling
  • Cupping

In addition, I gained about 3 years of experience working at the Heart and Body Rehabilitation Center, where I worked as an orthopedic and cardiac rehabilitation trainer and as a manual therapist.
This experience reinforced my understanding that quality treatment must combine accurate diagnosis, professional touch, and tailored movement.

(Additional training is in progress, out of a constant desire to develop and deepen in the field of treatment and rehabilitation.)

My approach to treatment

I believe that good care begins with listening .
Pain is not accidental, and in most cases it is the result of an imbalance that can be identified and treated.

During treatment, I treat the body as a whole, not just the painful area.
Sometimes the source of the problem lies somewhere else entirely – and therefore diagnosis is a central and very important step in the process.

Treatment is personalized for each patient :

  • Sometimes subtle
  • Sometimes deeper
  • And sometimes combined with movement instructions and exercises for continued treatment at home

The goal is not a temporary solution, but a real and stable improvement in functioning .

Who do I care for?

I treat a wide variety of patients , including:

  • People over the age of 40 who suffer from chronic pain
  • Senior citizens
  • Amateur athletes
  • Pregnant women
  • Babies and children

Some patients come for one appointment, others once every few months, and there are those who accompany me for years – all depending on the need and purpose of the treatment .

There are non-mechanical conditions (such as serious or infectious diseases) that are not suitable for osteopathic treatment, and in these cases I will refer to an appropriate medical professional.

What is important to me as a therapist?

I believe that professional treatment must be accompanied by personal attention, attention, and empathy.
Patients are not “numbers,” and every person who comes to the clinic brings with them a story, difficulty, and hope.

One of the beliefs that guides me is:
Pain does not mean it is the end of the road – it can almost always be improved, alleviated, and a solution found.

The most satisfying moments for me are when patients say they feel relieved, their confidence in their bodies has returned – and sometimes even when a previously unresolved problem finally begins to improve.

My goal is to help people feel better in their bodies, regain movement, reduce pain – and most importantly, restore hope.
